The place is alright when you can actually get on a machine, but compared to other spots I’ve been to, it felt like way too many of the ones I wanted were either taken or unavailable. I waited around for a while hoping something would open up, but eventually I just gave up. It would be a lot better if they had more machines free to use.

I waited way too long just to get a chance to play. I can’t say it wasn’t annoying, because it really dragged on and kind of took the fun out of it.

I tried clawlab.com a few different times, and while the site itself worked fine overall, the claw controls just didn’t feel responsive enough. There was a slight delay after I pressed the buttons, which made it hard to line up the grab properly. A few times, the claw also moved more than I expected, so I ended up missing shots I thought I had lined up. It’s not a bad setup, but the control lag made the experience more frustrating than fun for me.

I was disappointed when the prize showed up. It looked way cheaper in person than I expected, and it kind of ruined the fun because I had planned to give it as part of a little surprise. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

I did get my refund in the end, so that was good! It just took a bit longer than I expected, and I had to wait around for it. Not terrible, but definitely could’ve been quicker

My order took way longer to arrive than the site originally said, and the lack of updates made it frustrating. I kept checking and had no real idea where my package was or what was going on. It kind of felt like there wasn’t an actual person on the other end paying attention, which made it a rough first order experience...

I tried contacting Clawlab support a couple of times it was frustrating. I didn’t get any clear or useful response for days, which made the whole experience feel like I was just being ignored. If you think you might need help with anything, I’d be careful because the lack of timely support really wasn’t worth the stress.

Maybe I just had bad luck, but after spending money and not even feeling close to winning, it stopped being fun quickly. I don’t mind losing if it feels fair, but this didn’t, so I probably won’t use it again...

I got to the payment page and just didn’t feel comfortable putting my details in. Something about it felt unsafe, and when I tried to look for reassurance or any clear support, it felt like my concerns were just being ignored. I ended up not trusting it enough to finish the purchase...

I had a hard time figuring out the rules because they just weren’t explained very clearly. I was reading through them while I had coffee in the morning, and I kept having to go back over the same parts because I wasn’t sure what was actually expected. It would’ve been a lot better if everything was laid out in a simpler way

I won a prize and thought it would be a quick, easy thing to claim, but it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. I ordered from clawlab.com and the shipping was a headache. The tracking barely moved, and the package showed up way later than they said it would. I’m not ordering again unless they sort that out.

This app has been super frustrating for me... It freezes all the time, crashes right in the middle of games!!, and sometimes it won’t even load at all??? It’s really hard to enjoy using it when it keeps acting up like this...

I tried it thinking the bonus credits would add some real value, but they felt pointless. For what you get, it just doesn’t seem worth it.

I was mostly just trying to update a few basic things on my clawlab account, so I wasn’t really paying attention to the rest of the site. But the account settings stood out in a bad way. Some options were hard to find, and the stuff I expected to be simple felt unnecessarily confusing. I contacted support, but it took a while to hear back and the reply didn’t really solve the issue. Maybe other parts of the site are fine, but the account management side was annoying for me

I gave clawlab.com a few tries, but the lag was bad enough that it pretty much ruined the whole thing. The claw would react late, so by the time it moved, the timing was already off. Common sense says you need decent response time for a claw game, otherwise you’re just burning credits.

I checked my internet and everything else was working fine, so I don’t think it was on my end. Maybe it’s the site, maybe it’s the stream from the machines, I don’t know. Either way, it wasn’t fun, and I’m not planning to use it again.
